Our Founder, Carol Joy Hatton, launched this brand out of sheer determination to create skincare that contained only the very best ingredients. “Luxury skincare, for me, is more than just opulence; it is about the integrity and efficacy of what we apply to our skin. It is this philosophy that propelled me to start Carol Joy London,” she explains.
She travelled the world in search of the most sophisticated collagen technology, uncovering rare and powerful actives from both science and nature along the way. The outcome? Collagen has always been the cornerstone of Carol Joy London’s formula for exquisite skin. Over the years, we have developed our science to include several types of collagen that target different layers of skin.
Native Collagen Fibres, which make up the body of our face and eye masks, are 97% identical to human skin and help protect and soothe the skin barrier. Soluble Collagen Molecules bind water to your skin for optimum hydration, and Collagen Peptides work deep within skin to help support healthy collagen and elastin production. The result? The first is our new Hair Spa at the iconic Dorchester Hotel. We opened the doors in December 2023 and have been busy treating clients to collagen-powered hair treatments and delivering red-carpet-worthy blow dries.
