UK:

Standard shipping:

• Free UK delivery
  
• Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive
• Delays may occur over busy Black Friday/Christmas periods
• Guaranteed Christmas Delivery order before noon on 19th December 2025

Next day delivery:  

• Shipping charge of £4.95 applied at checkout
• Applicable for orders received before 11am GMT
• Delivery is Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays 

EU & Worldwide:

• Shipping charge of £20.00 applied at checkout
• Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery pending customs clearance

Additional information:

• All orders are dispatched on working days from Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holiday
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details
